Blade Runner, released in 1982, is considered one of the greatest science fiction films ever made. Inspired by Philip K Dick’s novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, it follows Replicant-hunter Deckart, who hunts four escaped “skin” jobs, as they’re referred to. Blade Runner’s neo-noir visual style has since inspired a ton of movies, books, video games and of course, art works.
